Cons
First of all, the management (especially the higher-level) is truly… "next level". If you’re hoping for career growth or a salary adjustment, I would strongly advise against holding your breath—you’ll need that oxygen for surviving the day-to-day. Titles and compensation are impressively consistent here; in fact, they almost never change (no matter how hard you fight for it). Recognition for hard work is also a fascinating concept—mostly theoretical—especially if you’re not part of the management’s favorite people. However, if you happen to excel at pleasing the right people, congratulations! This could be the ideal workplace for you. You’ll find that rules become surprisingly flexible, and accountability becomes more of a suggestion than a requirement.
