      Work life balance isn't too bad. Mostly diverse and open place to work. Company really cares about its members/customers.

      Cons

      Company is headed in the wrong direction. Doesn't listen to feedback from its employees and continues to make worse decisions for their employees. Very hard to get a promotion or raise lately with org changes and reductions in workforce.
