- Learn quite a bit from colleagues and managers through given feedback and support on using IT, phone and payment systems - Enjoyed interacting with the public for the most part as I like to help people access the services available

- Sometimes I felt pressured and unnecessarily stressed to perform as I had to handle the front mostly solo when it should be readjusted to the standard 2-person operation. - When a genuine mistake has been made on my part because I lack experience, knowledge or supervision. I felt a bit too judged harshly a few people 1-2 on the team would critique me in an unnecessarily loud or disrespectful tone with zero empathy.
