      Management very reluctant to offer permament contracts to LSAs prefer to have a lot of people on lower paid, less secure, fixed term.contracts despite an increasing number of EHCP students

      An unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour culture exists amongst the staff. It was very eye-opening to discover that management actively encourage the poor behaviour culture.
