Management (in store and from HQ) clearly fostered a bullying as a standard. Placed blame on people for things that had nothing to do with the person they were blaming (door mats that were worn down after years of being walked on by multiple people every day; a really old monitor conking out). Also expected one employee to be staffed in store, helping customers and carrying multiple heavy boxes up two flights of stairs and completely reorganizing the stock and acting as an IT specialist at the same time.
