Pros
Remote working is a rarity these days, and credit where it’s due the company has always been accepting and supportive of this. There are a number of genuinely talented and likeable people here who have been a pleasure to work with. The legacy management have always been supportive and positive role models.
Cons
Where do I even start… if you’ve read any of the other reviews you’ll already know where this is heading.
New leadership joined late 2025 and sold the promise of a great new future to the company which was received positively. That’s where the positive stuff ends. What followed was a ruthless, incompetently orchestrated slaughter of dozens of people. The new way of working is essentially offering more pay but expecting people in the middle tier to take on the jobs of 4-5 different people. The company has also bought in completely to the church of AI, and frankly shows the C-level suite to be nothing but charlatans without an original thought of their own. The idea that the redundancies were anything other than a cynical cost cutting exercise would be hard pressed to convince any one other than the most delusional of individuals.
