Their senior staffs are very problematic ranging from being rude, harassing and disturbing newly joined intern from performing while trying to do the job being assigned to the intern. Their company instructions written in job/internship offer letters and Non disclosure agreement (NDA) also contradicts with what the supervisor/senior staff asked the newly joined junior interns to carry out. Their HR? Tolerating those senior staff being ridiculous and disrespectful to the junior when all the employees are expected to professional and respectful to each other.

Flexible work from home arrangement provided.

Frequent overtime with poor work planning. Tasks often unrelated to job scope assigned. Employees required to use personal money first for product wrapping and posting without clear reimbursement timeline. Lack of clear structure, communication, and management direction.
