One of the biggest highlights of working here is the friendly work culture. The team is genuinely supportive, and some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. This positive atmosphere makes it easy to connect with coworkers and feel part of a community. Additionally, the employee discount (50% - not the whole menu but a good portion of it) is a great perk.

One area where improvement is needed is in recognizing and appreciating hard work. Consistent acknowledgment can go a long way in motivating employees and fostering loyalty. Additionally, while most of the management team is professional, there are some members who could benefit from more empathy and professionalism in their interactions with staff. A supportive and understanding approach from all levels of management would enhance the overall work environment.
