Incredible group of people doing really meaningful work in Healthcare. Very open to new ideas and innovation. They always put the patient first, and make decisions with the right intentions. It's a fast paced environment, but the team is really caring and help each other. Great place to work!

Virtual work Environment, Dedicated and caring team members. Decent base salary with production bonuses and good benefits.

Technology has varied reliability. Little transparency regarding employee departures and many other issues. Short visits with high volume demands. Support Staff care but are inexperienced. Clients have severe impairment and many Prescribers have limited experience. Providers leave with no time to ethically transition patients, which is difficult for patients. Patients struggle to use the technology and there are not enough staff to answer the phones. Technology disruptions occur frequently. Short term approaches to therapy frequently do not fit needs of patients. The Care delivered can be fragmented. There is no time to do care co-ordination. There is pressure to produce and the work is exhasting leading to staff turnover. Rigid Protocols that don't frequently meet the needs of patients.
