The US team is not valued here. Career growth is almost entirely reserved for the Israel team while U.S. employees are completely overlooked. Management will make promises of advancement just to keep you happy and engaged in the short term with no real intention of following through. Even when raises are given they are long overdue and minuscule.
If you're in the U.S. and looking for upward mobility in your career you’ll likely be disappointed here. From my experience there is little to no meaningful investment in the long-term career development of U.S. team members.
