Working from home. Working with the kids is great and we're finally getting paid a little something for lesson prep (not much).

The pay is misleading. They will promise you a certain pay rate and then manipulate that rate so you actually make less. Not enough work is also an issue. You can try to pick up extra shifts but you literally have to be sitting in front of your computer when the shifts pop in. There are so many tutors desperate for work that these shifts go fast.
