I moved to another state or I would not have left my job at Lucca It's a fast moving, very successful design business, cutting edge designs created by one of the owners who is a real force, he will teach you if you are open to learning everything about furniture production the wife runs stores and has a keen eye and has strong relationships with top interior designers and celebrity clients who have been buying from Lucca for two decades The other long term employees interviewed me and that was excellent so I could ask them questions about working there before I accepted the job

employees that do not have design experience and do not know this business or have not dealt with high net worth individuals should not be hired they, I have seen them come and go- these people are not able to handle the demanding nature of this business or the level of customer service required

It was a quiet showroom with a nice kitchen.

I had a terrible experience working there. The owners turned out to be incredibly unpredictable. They seemed really nice when they interviewed me, but once I was hired things got weird. They ended up letting me go with no explanation, basically saying that the vibes were off. They were pretty dishonest as well, I witnessed a lot of unethical activity including price manipulation without any sort of standard of practice in place. Prices would just change from day to day, seemingly based on the owners' mood.
