Pros

-Exciting events - team was nice - getting to see beautiful upper east side homes for events ( pre covid)

Cons

- work was long - unpaid internship... stipend barely covered anything - CEO was just a rich woman thinking she's making a difference but truthfully this is being used as a tax write off honestly

Pros

Denise is really great. The office is big and has a big couch I did most of my work on. Really busy/touristy/ nice area for the office to be in Financial District.

Cons

The people this organization works to serve are VERY WEALTHY and snobby. They hardly acknowledge your presence unless you mean something to them. Patricia is pretty much the same. I do not know why but she will find ways to yell at you/ correct you- in front of everyone. She is never in office- always at one of her many homes in the Hamptons. Does not pay interns, hardly acknowledges them and has no program set up for them. Literally just free labor to her that she expects other staff to deal with. Really terrible situation I just recommend you go anywhere else.
