      working hours, very clean and pizza once a month

      poor communication, definitely have conflict of interests - employees performing two job functions that are conflicting in nature. Lack of organization and no privacy or discretion with the HR department and other departments

      Pros

      Some decent people (my team was decent). No challenge if you like it easy every day. They dont have a clue. Didnt have to worry about being good at your job because they didnt know what your job was either.

      Cons

      No training. No direction. No leadership. No growth. No encouragement. No management skill. Volatile. Childish. Cliquey. Kindergarten level knowledge/ability. Horrible to employees, Anything to play gotcha if they felt threatened. Spent more time talking about emoyees than doing their job .No ERP system, recordkeeping, or understanding of regulations and contracts. Watch your back. Feel sorry for their customers, everything was CYA and answers they made up to pacify whoever asked questions.
