Close knit colleagues, will have monthly lunch or events. Relax and slow culture is excellent for fresh grads to learn at their own pace. Open for communication, everyone can say their piece of the product.

Slow culture can be bad if you lack discipline. Long term vision is not progressing fast enough that you may feel stagnant here.

Great place to learn and grow.
