No clear work designation, less number of personal leaves allocated, No yearly bonus

1- they were working in the company from ground up so they relate to staff and know there concerns. 2- work gets done faster with the new generation 3- they make the work environment enjoyable even in challenging times 4- the company is young again and full of ambitious energy

change is slow but with a big company i guess this how it is (very optimistic with younger generation i feel everything will be faster)
