Pros

I genuinely cannot think of any, other than there being a quooker tap to use and biscuits that disappear on a monday.

Cons

The company seems to value "yes people" who don't really disagree with anything management have to say. I witnessed multiple people leave over the course of a few months, all citing the incredibly toxic working atmosphere. Sales staff seem to be encouraged to be as horrific as possible, gossiping to each other and intentionally alienating anyone who doesn't fit their "vibe". When I was working in the office, I listened to the sales team day in, day out, complaining about clients who would be spending upwards of £40k on a kitchen, claiming that they are needy and laughing about them being pathetic. The management have absolutely no idea what they want. They want to hire people on salaries far below market rate to do the job of at least 3 people. To top it all off, the nepotistic attitude of management towards hiring for highly paid positions really solidifies their indignity towards people just trying to pay their bills. Honestly, and I beg you, find somewhere else to work. A company run by incredibly wealthy people who think anyone who isn't as wealthy as them is practically scum.

Pros

It's an incredibly vibrant design orientated job - there's always something new going on which feels like there is a genuine desire to make things beautiful Everyone in the showroom is lovely and all share a passion for design. I feel like a really valued member of the team. The days really quickly which is so nice

Cons

They are very careful about letting you take clients when you start - I thought I was well up to speed but this held me back a bit which was quite frustrating. I only get four weeks holiday and it takes a while to build more days the longer you work there.
