Sounds Good, But it's Not - Consulting Manager Tax Technology Group Employee Review

I have never been more micromanaged in my life. I've worked for 20+ years and most of it in SaaS and or tech. I've held many roles in various departments. I've had many bosses from the military to the tech world. This was by far the worst job I have worked and it's not even close. Extremely small team. No resources. Outdated website. Tedious time tracking. Maybe write people up intead of canning them because you're having a bad week. No raises, no career growth options. Just a dude trying to make money with a tiny team, no real potential for company growth or personal.
