Pros

I don't think this place will have any positivity until the leadership decides to make some significant changes. read below for more.

Cons

The leadership is awfully arrogant and fake. They make promises about upgrading stuff, but never do. They lie blatantly about making fundamental changes, but that never happens either. It's the reason they are left behind, and the competition has reached far ahead. Please avoid expecting them to change once you join. You'll end up disappointed.

Pros

It's busy most days, but that also makes shifts go by faster. You're helping people who are stressed because something suddenly stopped working, so patience matters more than anything here. Some tickets call for simple fixes, while others turn into long troubleshooting sessions. Teammates are nice and work together to solve problems instead of getting competitive about everything. Another good thing is that there's no micromanaging. It’s a solid place to gain experience with cloud tools, remote support, and handling different types of users.

Cons

Multiple support requests arriving at once

Pros

Base on my experience working here, there are no real positive to mention. I did meet a few talented people, but any chances of building meaningful connections disappeared quickly since most left shortly after I joined. I strongly advise staying away from this company.

Cons

- Work environment felt deeply suffocating and damaging - Leadership described as greedy, arrogant, and abusive - Management operated through fear and intimidation rather than support - Lack of real guidance or support from leadership - Use of manipulation, coercion, and threats as control tactics - Short term compliance achieved at the cost of long term harm -Employees afraid o take initiative or innovate - Communication break down due to fear of leadership reactions - Constant hostility leading to declining motivation and morale
