Very unfair rostering, always the same staff doing later shifts, always the same staff doing earlier shifts. The food provided to the children was extremely inadequate and most meals there was barely enough to give them a small serving. Very gossipy team, always wanting to know other people's business. The same staff constantly leaving their studio to check their phones in the staff room. The same staff sitting around outside talking between each other instead of supervising this leaving other staff to supervise larger areas than the one they were in. Management did very little to overcome or follow up on any problems or complaints, constantly swept under the rug. How the heck does a staff member get away with pinching a child or making fun of them as they are different nationality.

I met some long life friends and beautiful children's to create amazing memories

Toxic management who advise for cultural inclusive however it's non existent. They barely talk to non-white workers and treated employees as a number. Once it's within ratio, u will get send home.
