In my opinion your Manager is what define if its a healthy work enviroment, and in my case it has been a good experience.
Cons
Some higher ups have a lot of ego and an aversion to hybrid and remote work, even though some areas have operated and excelled results in this modality, There´s a big interest in full presenciality. The office is space is small compared to the quantity of people on the teams, and the internet signal is pretty unstable. If you work in the Tech side of the company, theres a lot of technical debt that you have to work around. No parking available and the area were the offices are is pretty expensive.
