Pros

TAG is truly an incredible company to work for. You're expected to work hard, but the effort is recognized and supported. One of the best aspects of the culture is that it genuinely encourages learning, mistakes are treated as opportunities to grow rather than failures to be punished. Leadership is supportive, collaboration is encouraged, and there’s a strong sense that the company wants employees to develop both professionally and personally. TAG encourages employees to bring new ideas and ask questions creating an open, transparent work environment. If you’re motivated, curious, and willing to put in the work, this is a place where you can thrive and build a meaningful career.

Cons

Because the bar is high, the pace can be demanding. This may not be the right fit for someone looking for a low-pressure role, but for those who want to be challenged and grow, it’s part of what makes the experience rewarding.

Pros

TAG has a unique and special culture like nothing else I've experienced in the agency world. Despite being a remote company, it's incredibly close-knit, collaborative, and supportive. They work very hard to create and maintain this environment and it shows. The team is made up of some of the smartest, scrappiest, and funniest folks you'll ever meet. Management is always striving to learn and get better, and genuinely encourages team members to have flexibility and work-life balance.

Cons

It's a small, independent agency and with that comes a lot of ups and downs. When business is tough or uncertain, everyone feels the pressure. If you want a place to fly under the radar or coast, TAG is not for you!

Pros

TAG has one of the most collaborative and supportive cultures I’ve experienced throughout my career. Communication is transparent and open across the board, which makes it easy to feel connected even when juggling a busy workload. The people are what make the company truly special — everyone is willing to jump in, share knowledge, and support each other. The variety of clients keeps the work interesting and gives you the chance to learn and grow beyond just one type of technology or industry. If you want to build your skills while working with a smart, talented, and fun team, this is a great place to do it.

Cons

Like most agencies, the pace can be demanding. You need to be comfortable managing multiple projects and clients at once, and setting healthy work/life boundaries. It’s a fast-moving environment, which isn’t for everyone, but if you thrive in that type of setting, you’ll do well here.
