Management prioritizes seniority. If you plan on making good money right away you can forget about it. Training can be insufficient depending on who you are paired with. High turnaround of staff. I worked there 3 years and watched the managers run off too many people to count. Some managers were cool over the years but the main people in charge were TOXIC.
