Pros
You get two free meals a day here.
The benefits are good. They pay overtime and offer paid time off. If you work here for many years, you also get more vacation time. You also get to try a lot of different dishes.
Most of the coworkers are very friendly.
Cons
Like I said, this is a very traditional kitchen, so there’s a lot of pressure and getting yelled at is pretty common. If you can handle being yelled at over small mistakes, then it might be fine for you.
But I would say the pay is a little low compared to the amount of work.
You’re also expected to bring your own tools, such as knives and other equipment. The work environment can sometimes feel a bit less organized.
