      Pros

      * Fun office (perks, food and view) * mostly nice people * welcoming AI tools

      Cons

      * Relaying too much on AI, almost blindly, to the point in which they would advice employees not to talk with colleagues but rather ask only the AI tools (but somehow coming to the office 4 days is for collaboration?!). * Strategy is lacking * Micro management * Bad WLB (not all company)

      - Constant learning - Great leadership ( Always supportive and super flexible) - The team & people are soo connected as well as always ready to help each other - Onboarding and the welcome gifts are incredible - Startup environment and lots of room for suggestions as well as ideas for building process
