Pros

The team embraces collaboration, which makes the busiest times more manageable. Working with engineers, sales, and clients allows me to see the whole picture, not just bits and pieces of it. I have the freedom to experiment with new tools and keep learning more about AI, data analytics, and e-commerce.

Cons

It’s tough to dig into messy datasets and make sense of what customers actually need.

Pros

The projects involve large-scale software systems, so the work is technically demanding but also full of learning opportunities. Team members collaborate and share advice in difficult development situations. Managers communicate expectations clearly during spring planning.

Cons

Some projects have excessively long development periods.

Pros

Worked with a lot of great colleagues.

Cons

- Behind the polished promises is a deeply disappointing and draining culture. - Leadership is fixated on metrics at the expense of people. - Managers openly show favoritism and promote bootlickers regardless of actual impact. - Getting anything meaningful done felt almost impossible, and even simple ideas were buried under endless meetings, pointless paperwork, and constant delays. - Upper management is completely disconnected from what teams actually deal with, and turnover became so frequent that no one even bothered questioning it anymore. - The loudest voices consistently got attention while real talent was ignored or pushed aside. - Deadlines made no sense given the workload placed on engineers, and the pay was nowhere near reflective of the pressure involved. - Save yourself the stress, there are far better places to work.
