The staff are excellent to work with, great company culture The work is constant with room for overtime

Hired too many staff, prioritising output over profit. The current method was not producing enough sterile insects and instead of utilising more modern methods hired more staff. I felt that they expected that hiring more staff would make the insectary profitable and when that did not happen there was a lot of pressure.

team is amazing, work is straightforward

ceo is appalling. all company data was stored on one ex employees account, who hadn't worked here for a year. we found this out when it was automatically deleted overnight due to inactivity. entire team was offered permanent contracts, before this was rescinded and changed to a 2 month extension. ceo is incompetent in both business management and biology. is surprised each winter when flies decline in productivity, and accuses staff of underperforming. Glen this happens every year.
