1. Really poor human capital 2. Bad office politics among the HODs/Directors 3. Poor career advancement 4. Misplacing individuals in roles that do not align with their skills and experience leads to inefficiency and dissatisfaction. 5. Meetings with no solutions or decisions 6. The HR Director’s lack of competence is affecting the organisation’s efficiency and decision-making. 7. The performance evaluation process lacks fairness and transparency, leading to biased assessments and employee dissatisfaction. 8. Some of the Heads of Departments lack the necessary competency to effectively lead and manage their teams.
