      -Big teaching hospital with lots of clinical areas to explore your career path -This trust has a very good liver unit; major trauma center also

      Cons

      -Heavy politics -Improvement of unit is highly dependent on managers and matrons; if you are not under a good and supportive leader, your team will highly suffer so if you are a new nurse looking for a career opportunity, choose your area wisely
