      Pros

      Years ago this was a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Leadership is delusional and thinks they way things were done in the 90s is still relevant. Now, due to a lack of vision and tough decision making about product development, layoffs keep happening. Wave after wave, year after year. Now it is all offshore contractors and the mistakes and lack of contextual decision making is piling up.

      good manager, supportive, willing to listen and be open, fair

      Cons

      sold out out IKS India. people laid off right and left. the attorney that handled the severance was nasty, could not even get a question if at all. Would I recommend as general counsel to Trubridge or even in the courtroom - not over my DEAD body.
