Luminary is a very family-oriented company that truly wants to see its employees succeed at a high level. The leadership team consistently creates opportunities and systems that help both current and future agents maximize their earning potential.
From my personal experience, the support and structure here make a real difference. I’m currently on pace to earn between $130,000 and $150,000 this year alone, which speaks to the opportunities available for agents who are willing to work hard and perform at a high level.
The company also understands that employees have lives and responsibilities outside of work. In return, they simply expect us to show up, stay committed, and perform to the best of our abilities.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to build a career in sales. In my experience, employees who have left the company or were let go generally made those outcomes themselves often due to attendance issues or extended periods of low production. Luminary does not simply terminate employees for not closing deals; instead, they invest significant time, training, and resources to help agents succeed and increase their income potential.
