Lacks benefits. Poor GM support, inconsistent ways of working, Head office does not communicate well between the departments

Very toxic environment and staff, all of then want to bossy and controlling tasks at the same time, interrupting your job without reason to start doing other thing. The supervisor seems to take pleasure in micromanaging tasks and finds it amusing to watch people stressed, this behaviour is repeated by others team members, that has more time working in there than me.
