      All the staff are friendly and nice,the restaurant is good looking and clean, they fix up broken utensils quick and the food is really good and tasty

      Cons

      I feel that you should get paid for what you are doing rather than how long you have been working in the restaurant.

      I have been working with the company since July 2019 and I earn 7 years of experience as part of the team. I remember during COVID 2020, the company made a genuine effort to continue providing work opportunities for staff, which I truly appreciated during a rough time. ISK taught me discipline and strong time management, which are critical skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Working in consistent environment has contributed greatly to my professional growth. Working along side different team members built new characteristic, good behaviour, grow my professionalism and maintain consistency under pressure.

      Cons

      Work can be physically demanding and stressful during peak hours, with limited career progression and staff recognition at times.
