      Good team support to learn, Hire for one designation and work from sales to delivery.

      Cons

      Unstable management, Don't have an stable work flow. What ever you do is work. you should do something more beyond your designation to get hike but even they don't know what to do. the actual work you do it self is very more beyond the designation
