      -they flying you frequently and have generous travel allowances

      Cons

      -there are a lot of people that have serious ego problems that work here -as a result there is a lot of covering up mistakes and lying to the customers about timelines, what they will get do their money and hidden serious safe and security issues. -there is severe punishment for people that question that status quo -very behind compared to the rest of the industry in terms of technologies and the experience of their personal.

      Pros

      In my opinion, the company is the best to work for in the US defense industry. This is due to: -Very competitive pay, that includes a yearly bonus -Good insurance, including health, dental, vision, AD&D, and Life -A 401(k) that is matched 100% up to 10% of pay -Tuition Reimbursement -Student Loan assistance The environment is very supportive, from upper to local management and teams. I have received lots of company swag and there are community events, all of which increase pride in the company and our mission.

      Cons

      Not much, other than I am not a big fan of St. Louis (the area). There are the normal issues with all of defense, such as red tape and bureaucracy.
