Learned a lot from my internship here as a marketer thanks to the mentor I used to have at the company. There's a proper onboarding process where you learn the SOPs before doing the actual work. My mentor, the marketing manager back then, guided me throughout the process before she let me become more hands-on with the process to grant me more accountability with my work there.

Wish we were compensated - would have been nice.

- Break into the HealthTech space with a startup pace - Good learning nonetheless - Work with a few gems of talent here and there

- Management disconnected - Teams tend to work in silos - Appears like a "startup" on the surface, but operates like a political-hierarchical corporate in many ways - Poor work-life balance (be ready to cancel or postpone a few personal commitments or miss a few milestones)
