      There is basically no room for career growth. You’ll most likely have to leave the company and come back to a higher position if/when one is made availablez

      Good Base pay. Decent sick and vacation time. Government Job.

      Cons

      Competitive hours. Work primarily with outher highschoolers and then much older adults.
