Pros
The facility is decent and the schedule was flexible when leadership decide to allow it.
Cons
• Certain long term staff are treated far better than newer employees regardless of performance or effort
• Once labeled as an outsider, that perception sticks no matter how hard you work
• Identical mistakes are handled differently depending on who made them, with favorites recieving leniency while others are penalized
• Some individuals are allowed to behave however they want without consequences while others are heavily scrutinized for minor issues
• Expectations and enforcement are not applied evenly, creating a clear double standard
• Attempts to address the issue only made the situation worse rather than improving it
• The pattern of unfair treatment feels deeply entreched with no signs of change
