You will get to work with some good colleagues. Not all as there are some political colleagues as well.

Terrible CEO - CEO of the company doesn’t know how to manage her employees. Have favourites and only protects them even though those employees contributes nothing to the company. Doesn’t take opinions of executive staffs and expects staffs to overwork during off days and public holidays. Super micro-manage on her employees. Politics - Be-careful of working here as there are lots of politics happening between departments. CEO doesn’t take kindly of those involved in it and only listen to one side of the story. Unless you’re in CEO’s good book, you’re safe no matter what. High turnover - Due to the political dramas and terrible management, it’s common to have high turnover rate. Thus, the high turnover rate of the company causes existing employees to overwork, over stress, and burned out. With all that’s happening, the company’s existing brands and products can’t seem to take off. This is quite bad for a start-up. Not a good place to gain skills and experience as there’s no learning curve. Everything is being micro-managed.

-Pay good -Can learn a lot ( in other words you will do a lot of work not in your scope) -Good career advancement opportunity.

-Some try to play politics. -Biased Management, if you're a favorite then you're most likely to be safe. -Don't trust the executive's judgment -Managers are more than the executive level, in another word, no one actually executes, but just pure giving suggestions and planning. -Expect you to always OT, regardless of public holidays, on leaves, or past working hours.
