Pros

Fully remote and decent salary. Lot's of opportunities to travel.

Cons

Zero lanes of ownership, all BDMs can/are going after the same products. Not uncommon to connect with people only to find out they've already spoken or began working with another contact. No universal CRM access or internal tools to track trends or leads. Everything is done individually (i.e. personal Excel trackers) and competition is very high.
