      Have allowance for * Travel * Food The HR is a very good and understanding man Have 15 minutes breaks twice a day

      Cons

      Only lunch inside the factory and require permission from head department to head out. If a designer ,the equipment given is very lacking for the task given. Leader was not in the advertising field and put unrealistic expectation. High workload and not understanding project leader.
