      During my internship at Omniraise, I had the opportunity to get to know the company better and gain exposure to how the marketing role functions, guided by my supervisor, who was extremely friendly and patient in teaching me.

      Cons

      Since the company is located far from my home, commuting to work can be challenging, and having more work from home options would be beneficial.

      Pros

      flexible with scheduling since we can choose which day we want to work, 2 days off, staff mostly helped you to continuously grow, meet a lot of people

      Cons

      Job ads are quite misleading; you will end up fundraising at the end of the day. very fast pace, and it is tiring to approach since we need to talk and pitch to the public for fundraising, every day you will work at a different location that takes more than 1++ hour to reach. high KPIs too
