Pros

Remote work and nothing else.

Cons

This company is a warning label disguised as a job opportunity. Working under its CEO means operating in an environment ruled by ego, instability, and intimidation rather than leadership, strategy, or basic professionalism. Communication is consistently vague and contradictory. Expectations change without notice. Deadlines are not just unrealistic, they are detached from reality. Employees are expected to somehow “figure it out,” only to be reprimanded or terminated when the unspoken, ever-moving goalposts are missed. This creates a constant state of anxiety and self-doubt that feels deliberate rather than accidental. The treatment of the Philippines-based team is especially alarming. They are overworked, undervalued, and treated as expendable resources rather than people. Long hours, unreasonable demands, and a complete lack of empathy are normalised. The power imbalance is obvious, and it is abused. Firings are abrupt and unjust, often without clear explanation or due process. There is no coaching, no performance development, and no genuine attempt to resolve issues. People are simply discarded when they no longer serve the narrative. There is no culture here, only fear management. No leadership, only control. No vision, only self-importance. If you value clarity, fairness, mental health, or being treated like a human being, do not work here. This experience will drain your confidence, your energy, and your trust in management.

Pros

Expo Centric is a supportive and collaborative workplace with a positive company culture. The team is approachable, professional, and always willing to help, which makes onboarding and day-to-day work smooth. The company provides exposure to various projects, allowing employees to gain valuable experience and grow professionally.

Cons

As with any growing company, some processes are still being refined and could be improved over time. Workloads can occasionally increase during peak periods, but the team works together to manage deadlines effectively.
