Great Learning Experience With Supportive Mentors - Python Developer Infotact Solutions Employee Review

I had a positive experience during my Java Development Internship at Infotact Solutions. The internship provided hands-on exposure to Java development, backend concepts, databases, debugging, and real-world project workflows. The mentors were supportive and guided us throughout the learning process. The structured reviews, practical assignments, and project-based approach helped improve both my technical and problem-solving skills. It was a good platform for students looking to gain industry-oriented experience and build confidence in development.

The internship could include more collaborative team-based projects and additional live sessions for deeper industry exposure. Sometimes feedback and resource sharing took a little longer due to the large number of interns.

Work life balance , remote opportunity

Despite being recognized as a top performer at Infotact Solutions, I received only ₹1,350 as my stipend for the first month of the 3-month onsite internship. Unfortunately, they have not sent me the scorecard for the second month, nor any stipend for the second or third month.
