You won’t be officially employed. The contract is signed with a Georgian legal entity, while the London address is effectively just a postbox. The contract is not registered anywhere though.
I learned this the hard way after trying to get my outstanding salary paid 6 months after leaving the company. As of today, the salary remains unpaid.

Requests regarding unpaid salary have repeatedly gone unanswered over an extended period of time. I also submitted an official complaint to the Georgian Labour Inspection Office; however, the issue remains unresolved.
