Unorganized, they set you up to fail, so much miscommunication, dishonest about employment period, throw their own team members under the bus. micro manage and get upset when curriculum is changed when it clearly was not suitable for the age group of students being taught and the school principal agreed with me and my co-teachers. lets just say they school cut ties with the PAE after that. The first location I was placed at worked 20 hrs of overtime and they did not want to pay me nor the rest of the team for our time.
