I started at K&D Landscaping as a field tradesman in 2005 and have worked my way up to CEO. This is one great thing about K&D is that there is always opportunities for vertical growth. Another thing I love about working at K&D is the core values and the “K&D Way”. We are all very passionate and intentional about the culture at K&D and it’s something that makes this a fun place to work. Some of the cons may include: -Longer hours during the spring and summer months when the work is busy, although if you like getting overtime this could be a good thing for some. -If you do jump all in and you are wanting to advance you may find yourself working more than you planned to. This can lead to poor work life balance in some cases. -For people not in the landscape industry the learning curve can be difficult as you understand the industry.

Starting my career in the landscaping industry fresh out of college, I've been thoroughly impressed by the unique atmosphere at K&D Landscaping. Because the design department is relatively new, we've encountered some difficulties in refining our design-build process. But, with the team's backing, we've been able to address these challenges collectively, and come up with solutions quickly!
