The team is friendly and encouraging

Great! Fantastic! Friendly! ... Manager. The Team were lovely and welcoming. Serving customers is always a nice feeling. Silly and very outdated sales tracking system (cringe-worthy lol). The hours are pretty good, as is the pay. Training was great. Staff discounts are decent.

Not so great Assistant Manager. Eek. Beware lol. Not inclusive of anyone with disability (physical or mental). Very narrow spaces to work in behind the counter, especially when all staff are on the floor. The security doors are soooo hard to open and close in Grand Central, needs updating. And one more time - biggest con of all - the assistant manager.
