      Pros

      The work load isnt crazy but I like hard manual labor

      Cons

      Drinking is done on the job and misuse if equipment, but management turned a blind eye while full time employees get punished and run off long term seasonal employees get every pass for bad behavior(i.e company drinking and use of equipment for personal use )

      Pros

      Working with community, providing resources and program opportunities. Love where I work (parks) and who I work with.

      Cons

      Process to make things happen (purchasing, hiring, etc...) is painstaking. Low wages/unbenefited positions in some cases = under skilled employees.
