Some snacks and some ok people

One of the most toxic working environments there is they do not value their employees and would rather fire you then try to train you in doing better. The amount of turnover here is like something I have never seen and yet they try to promise job security when there is none. There is no place to move up in this company unless somebody either gets fired. The upper management is completely toxic and does not like to communicate with their employees. Meanwhile, the upper management makes a lot more money than anybody else while the lower employees make nothing. The amount of outside of working hours Time that is expected is completely unnecessary and you do not get compensated for it. If you want a place where you will feel secure then this is not it. I do not recommend working here.

When you are surrounded by smart, fun, and driven people it makes for such a great culture! This shows through the amazing work done for our clients and very personal account management.

Pros

Everyone is super nice and fun to work with. Your team members are always willing to help. The company is progressive and supports minorities, women, etc.

Cons

If you have an issue with being underpaid and you let management know, they will avoid you. It's also kind of annoying how the company will spend thousands of dollars on going to conventions and hosting after parties for potential sales, and the employees are paid breadcrumbs. SUPPORT YOUR EMPLOYEES FIRST!
